He honed his legal skills by articling and working as an associate at a prestigious Personal Injury Law Firm before establishing his own practice in 2017. Daniel Hordofa Dagago is a lawyer with a wealth of experience spanning over three decades. His legal career started at the Addis Ababa University Faculty of Law, where he graduated with an LL.B. in 1985, setting the groundwork for his future legal knowledge. Yssenia Trail-Brissett is a Student-at-Law at Giratta Law. She anticipates being called to the Ontario Bar in June 2024.
Yssenia obtained her LL.B with Honours from the University of the West Indies. She was called to the Bar in Jamaica in 2016 where she practised in the areas of Real Estate,Wills and Estates and Corporate Law. Yssenia also enjoyed a career as an Adjunct Lecturer of Business and Company Law prior to moving to Toronto in 2022.
Setota Wataro is a legal professional, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Law from Ethiopia in 2018 and is currently pursuing her LLM at York University. With a rich background, Setota has excelled in various legal roles. In Ethiopia, she served as an Assistant Lecturer of Law, honing her teaching skills and developing a profound understanding of legal principles. She later transitioned into the role of Associate Lawyer, where she adeptly handled legal cases and provided valuable counsel to clients. Rising through the ranks, Setota then assumed the position of Senior Legal Counsel, demonstrating her expertise in various aspects of corporate law.
Setota also plays an integral role in handling matters related to Immigration, Real Estate and Family Law. With her comprehensive understanding of these areas, Setota provides diligent representation and support to clients navigating diverse legal issues.
Inas nuredin is a legal assistant at Giratta Law, specializing in delivering seamless administrative support. Originating from Ethiopia, Inas embarked on a journey of academic and professional advancement, culminating in an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Trent University with a specialized focus on financial analysis, strategy, and management. Inas plays a pivotal role in file management, client relationship, and marketing-related tasks within our firm.
